The murderer of Head Teacher Philip Lawrence, illegal immigrant Learco Chindamo, has won an appeal to stay in the UK after his release from prison. A judge ruled that if he were kicked out of Britain it would breach his `Human Rights`. Frances Lawrence, the widow of the murdered teacher, was shocked and appalled at the decision. The reason given by the judge why he must be allowed to remain in the United Kingdom was that to deport him would "deny him his human rights." Mrs. Lawrence asked "what about my families human rights?" We have the sad duty to inform her that, as true Britons, their "human rights" were lost every time the public elected either a Labour or Conservative government.

Italian-born Learco Chindamo, who killed the Head Teacher in December 1995, is clearly a half-caste, mainly of Phillipino origin. He came here from Italy where his father was a Mafia hitman, referred to as "The Acid Man" after throwing acid in his partner's face. The family ran a gang called Wo Sing Wo, which was modeled along the lines of Chinese Triads. The gang consisted mainly of Filipinos, Colombians and West Indians. This multi-cultural mafia brutally terrorised its neighbourhood.

After arriving in England, Learco and his brother joined a gang that called itself "Venom". They carried out many assaults on the public, one of which was a sex attack on an Austrian tourist, after which she was left for dead. In December 1995, Head Teacher Philip Lawrence was stabbed to death when he went to the defence of a 13-year-old pupil whom Chindamo and other members of his gang tried to bludgeon with a metal pole.

Although common sense should dictate that the murderer should be deported, immigration judges ruled that Chindamo`s family life was in Britain, and not Italy. The killer could be released back on to the streets of Britain in early 2008. Earlier this year, it emerged that 3,000 foreign criminals would be released from prison without any attempt to deport them. The National Front would like to point out that Chindamo does not fit into Britain as he is not British. He is not strictly Italian either. Judging by his physiognomy he belongs more to Asia. You will have noticed that all those insisting that the killer remain in Britain are supporters of some extreme left-wing organisation or other. No doubt, anti-white judges get satisfaction from putting foreign killers on to the streets of the U K as it is a near-certainty that these - psychopaths - will further terrorise the native white population and carry out yet more murders.

Within days of the government insisting that the dangerous murderer, Learco Chindamo could not be deported due to his human rights, a decent hard working, law-abiding, black student was told that he was being deported. Newspaper columnists seized on the story to show how Parliament discriminates in favour of foreign killers. The National Front has been trying to inform the public of this situation for forty years.
