Simon Sheppard claims asylum in the USA

Simon left to claim asylum in the USA  after Leeds crown court convicted him  for the political content of his site  the Heretical Press.
The USA has freedom of speech under the First Amendment,   Simons content was published in the USA,   but because he wrote it in Britain, he was  under British Law.
Britain does not have freedom of speech. 

Simon's site (which to be honest goes too far),   is full of pornography, and some 'interesting' remarks about the holocaust.
No one seems the least bit bothered about the pornography,  what they were worried about was his views on "Zionism", and what he wrote about the Holocaust.
Simon was of the opinion that some aspects of the  Jewish Holocaust were not true, It is currently illegal to say that in Europe, UK and Canada.

Simon was a bit of an internet warrior,    but his site  was too much for the establishment.

Not a good day, for freedom of speech in the UK
This was likely to prove a test legal case, and  soon, they will be after others.
